I give them a zero I give them a zero. They are scammers. I give a monthly donation and can't stop them from continuing charging my credit card. All links to contact them and stop payment/donation don't work!

I bought a neckles from the website… I bought a neckles from the website (€170) about two months ago. but never received it. No answers to my questions (5 mails and 4 chats) why it took so long.

I've now tried 4 times to unsubscribe… I've now tried 4 times to unsubscribe from their emails but they keep getting sent. Even if you're just curious, don't provide your email!!!!

They did respond to my review regarding…Not being able to find them on Charity Navigator They did respond to my review regarding how I could not find them on Charity Navigator, but then told me they are listed on there but with another name. WHY would I look for them with another name, especially since it is not evident on their website. I hope they are doing wonderful work, but this is not very good for their trustworthiness. Not good business to have people be unable to find you because you are listed as some other group that none of us know about.

I wanted to know why I was being charged shipping twice I wanted to know why I was being charged an additional $45 in duty fees after paying $35 for shipping and no one got back to me. Parcel arrived incomplete.
