Did not follow through with their 100% money back guarantee that I had in writing, I had to write BBB and dispute through my credit card. Tried to get me to sign up for a $1,500 marketing plan even though my book was not even published yet. Told me they did test marketing, without my knowledge, and even sent me a bogus marketing report with some other author's name and book title with made-up data that didn't make any sense. Hilarious. None of the people I was working with are listed on LinkedIn. If they are professionals in their industry, why not? Because they are a SCAM. During editing I asked do they follow APA or Chicago, etc. and they had no idea of either of these copy-editing styles and rules. Again SCAM. Uploaded the wrong book cover to Amazon website. Still trying to get that fixed.
