GBDisappointed I’m disappointed in this company. Things were going well at first but they tried to charge almost $3000 without my permission today. I don’t know how they did that, I received a call from my bank and they caught it. I hate to give bad reviews and talk negatively but this company is a fraud, a thief and a scam. Do not work with these people, they will try and steal from you

GBGhost Writers Hub is a Scam Ghost Writers Hub is a Scam! Just an update. So far my Bank and credit card companies have all refunded the money I paid Ghost Writers Hub. I paid over $11,000.00 to them for illustration and publication of my Children's Book. I was robbed! They stole copyrighted pictures from old Disney and Sony movies for my characters. They refused to refund my payments when they got caught. CONTACT YOUR BANKS AND CREDIT CARD COMPANIES!!! FILE A DISPUTE! All you have to do is supply the "contract" and any email, texts, ect., that explain what they did to you. I have gotten all but $3,500.00 back through the Card Companies. If we can get enough charge backs on these fraudulent outfits Visa and Mastercard will give them the BOOT! If you have paid using a Credit or Debit Card FILE A DISPUTE!!!! GHOST WRITERS HUB, AUTHORS EVEREST WHATEVER THEY ARE GOING BY ARE FRAUDS AND SCAM ARTISTS!

GBPoor communication and service! I paid upfront for 24 pages of illustrations plus a cover, spine, and back book design for my children’s picture book. At first the communication was good but now I haven’t received any illustrations for two weeks and can’t get anyone to respond by any method. I’ve tried calling, texting, emailing, and even live chat. I tried getting in touch with the project manager and her boss. In the meantime they have my money and my manuscript. I guess my signed contract means nothing. I guess my only option is to contact BBB.
