I never received the item I purchased I never received the item I purchased. I have emailed several times and have reported this as an issue with paypal. I need a refund for what I purchased since they don't plan to actually send it. This is a scam!

Excellent Product and Variety of Formats! I love your lapbooks and I love the flexibility of format. I recently purchased a completely printed version of Asia as well as a Christmas Around the world that I downloaded and began instantly. The activities are perfect - and my daughter loves that she can choose to write or use your writing as she has a hard time writing neatly. We have loved lapbooks and notebooks since we began using them and still, in middle school, find them useful.

My purchase to supplement other curriculum I purchased my packets for my child's homeschool curriculum to supplement something that is easier for her to understand vs. what I bought from a different company. I did not receive the most current… I did not receive the most current version of the product that was represented in the sample. I emailed my inquiry about how to fix this. It's been over a week and I haven't heard back yet.

New customer. Haven't received valid download. I am a new customer and I made my first purchase two days ago. I created my account online and I could see my order. My credit card was charged but it states on my profile it's processing, when I know the charge was paid. I am unable to download the Ebook I ordered for my students. No one has communicated with me when I sent emails inquiring about my purchase as the download states the file does not exist. My order number is: 100035088. I really would like an update as this is my first time using the site and I'm hoping it's not a scam at this point.
