I am giving it 2 stars only because customer service stinks. I am giving it 2 stars only because I like the product--cute and well made. But the coat I ordered is too small for my pup and I can't for the life of me get anyone's attention for a return. When I first ordered I got a courtesy email letting me know I can reach out with any questions--the minute I did I got a bounce back with an invalid email address. I then tried another email--still no response. And there's no clear Returns section or instructions on the website. Because of this I won't ever order from them again.

I always have good experience from… I always have good experience from Silver Paw but 3 of the 5 items purchased were of poor quality. The joints are not tight enough and my dogs opens them in minutes. I’m talking about a 6 months old puppy... Tks

It was very cute and well made but did… It was very cute and well made but did not fit all the way around my black lab. I bought the largest size offered and wrote the company to ask if that size would fit a black lab. They wrote back very quickly and said it should. It fit around her neck just barely but not around her chest. Though she is broad chested. I am going to fashion a string or something to it and that should work just fine. Over all a great product would order from again.

decent products but long shipping times The House Stark collar and leash are perfect for our Ghosty boy. The Ghost rope toy didn’t last too long. Would have liked the rope to be a little thicker. Shipping was the only major concern. I checked every day with the link and it took almost 7 business days for the order to even leave the warehouse.
