Insincere and awful These guys were going to publish my manuscript. Paid the money $499 (us). The editing was very poor, missing spellings and conjugations. I had to do the corrections myself. This went on and on. They were not transparent to me. Their communication was very poor. After not hearing from them they told me they had lost power like it was important to me after paying them the money. They gave me another manager without explaining to me the reason. I was dissatisfied with the entire process, especially the editing. I told them I cannot continue to work with them because of the poor editing. I paid them to do the work, however, I am the one doing the work. On the contract they stated, that if not satisfied, money would be returned 100%. I asked for a refund, they NEVER gave me my refund. From $400 US, they were offered me $50. So watch out, they are not sincere. They ate my money for not doing the work.
