The End Insomnia System has changed my life The End Insomnia System by Ivo H.K. has changed my life. It is the only logical approach I have ever heard on beating insomnia. Sorry Prof. Huberman but I have tried all of of your recommended supplements and as well as not working for me, they just reinforced the notion that I needed crutches to get to sleep. This is a permanent cure for insomnia and costs nothing but the download. The author says 'ask someone who has no trouble getting to sleep, what they do or what ritual they perform and they will tell you 'nothing'. That's what you will learn. Just listening to this audio book made me feel less anxious and 'scared to go to bed'. I realised he has been through exact same things as me, had the same thoughts and has found a way out the other side. I'm not alone. He deserves some sort of award for this as after years of Googling and experimenting I am going to get back to a normal life. I expect it to take time but it's worth all of the added benefits not just of getting a decent night s sleep but reducing my anxiety in daily life. I know there will be set backs but everyone has times where they don't sleep well. That's life. It's my attitude that has changed. Thank you so much Ivo. I'm not good at expressing myself so I hope people realise how genuine I am.
