This company is a TOTAL SCAM! This company is a TOTAL scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I was sold two services but decided to cancel them because they smelled suspicious and customer service threatened to hold my manuscript hostage unless I work with them. Finally, the compliance officer, Shaun Morgan promised to refund me entirely, almost $1,000. It has been more than 2 months and I have yet to see any refund. I've been emailing him but he stopped responding. Here's his promised words: "Both refunds have been completed from our end, however we have raised the ticket to the merchant to provide with the transaction ID’s as per proof so it can also help you in attaining it, it is very odd that both transactions are not reflecting to you. I will chase this actively so we can sort it out asap since we show the amount deducted from our account."
