Poor Communication and Empty Promises I woman named Ana Watson reached out to me on LinkedIn offering to create a Wikipedia page for me. I have had one for years but it needed updating with recent achievements such as my TEDx talk and recently published books. We emailed back and forth for weeks as I was skeptical and did not want my page deleted by Wikipedia. I asked for references and how long it would take, who would make the edits...She is clearly the salesperson because after I committed and made a payment, she stopped responding. I reached out to the company and finally heard from Aron Mathews who set up meetings he didn't keep and told me they had to go "slowly" but they were making edits. I looked in the history on Wikipedia and they have done nothing for two months. They are not responding to my emails. I have no choice but to find an attorney at this point. I would not recommend this company.
