I paid them to publish my book back in… I paid them to publish my book back in October of 2023 ($2,300). Gave an additional ($150) for 6 illustrations. Started with two females that were working with me. After two months, both ladies were gone. Medical and Maternity. I was then given to two males. We corresponded a few times and then I now have been ghosted for over two months. I have no idea where in the process we are and if this is even a legit company. They will not answer my emails. I have no phone numbers to contact anyone. It has now been close to 8 months since I paid them the publishing money. I want a refund since I have no product. I can't reach anyone to talk to. Not sure where to go from here.
