BWStay away from DPO I wish there was an option of not putting a star at all. I have experienced the worst service ever from DPO in Botswana. No sense of urgency. I have been stood up twice in a team's meeting where I was meant to receive training on the system. I have complained telephonically and via email and it's always apologies with no action. I wish there was another option for me. I would have long left.

BERecommendation I would highly recommend DPO group, it makes life easier when it comes to digital payments as it accepts all modes of payments, I have used it for 6 years now, it has been so useful and has made my business grow. Joan is very helpful, takes ownership on everything and her communication is outstanding.

We are keep telling them issues and they have very bad customer support and they don’t bother to resolve the issues. Totally doesn’t recommend them.

The most part I cherish for DPO team is their endless support, I once called Joan K in middle of night for emergency transaction, she picked and assisted professionally, let me raise a toast to the whole supporting team, they never disampoint. I used DPO in two different Organisations that I worked with, however services is always unbelievable. Thank you so much DPO for existing. Won't cease to recommend you.

GBThis is a scam company This is a scam company. Please do not use this company for transactions. I submitted a payment and the initial payment did not go through. So I tried for a second attempt, literally 4 minutes apart, and then both payments went through. DPO fraud department reached to me to ensure this was not a fraudulent activity. I verified myself and asked for one one payment to go through. Well they cleared both payments and charged the other customer $250 for each transaction, when only one transaction was supposed to go through. And in order for them to refund me the money back, they want to charge the customer another $250. And they claim, there is nothing they can do which is utterly false. Terrible experience. Please DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR BUSINESSES
