Ageras is the best! I had looked up accounting services online on a Friday afternoon and called Ageras And spoke to Erin. She asked me specific questions about my needs. I expected nothing much to happen until Monday, but within 20 minutes I had 2 offers from two different accounts in my inbox. I spoke to both and chose the one I had a long conversation about my situation as it was complicated with 3 LLC’s. The service is top notch and the referrals are amazing. Never have I encountered modern day… Never have I encountered modern day crooks as I have with this company. I was very convinced with the sales pitch myself, promises to get several new client leads every month. But it has far from it in reality. After working with this company since last year I dreadfully regret I will lose $12k over 2 years, and its painful paying my hard working money to this company that does not deliver on their word. I will continue to seek ways to get justice for this. I am mortified and full of remorse for ever crossing paths with this company.

If there is one area for improvement, it would be listening skills, as Erin was so exuberant and willing to help, that she sometimes didn't allow me a chance to speak. Great Service The company is very professional. I didn't realize I would receive the level of support that I did during the process, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had one referral that did not work out and Erin promptly found another qualified tax professional to round out my three referrals. I had been worried that I would not find a trustworthy tax professional for my business, but with Erin's help, I was able to find a licensed EA quickly at a very reasonable rate.
