Just started using the service Just started using the service, so the issues of being down a lot that others are mentioning is something I wouldn't know yet, so might update this review later to reflect that, but for now, 5 stars. Cheap hosting and when I tried to run my bot, it was crashing constantly. Opened a ticket and less than 12 hours later, they had looked into the issue, found the problem in one of the modules my bot was using and fixed the issue for me, putting my Discord Bot online and operational

Good hosting Everything I have had was met with perfection and have found no flaws in using this hosting. Currently, I have purchased Meteor, small web hosting, & discord bot hosting. I am more than happy to keep concurrently paying each month. I always love helping them out as well by posting my affiliation link in forum signatures.

Their experience increases quality EDIT: Updated 19/02/2019 The managers of this hosting provider learn from their mistakes. After a somewhat catastrophic start, the infrastructure is now stable! The power supplied is much higher than other hosts for a very low price. Custom dedicated servers are very interesting!

Alright Alright, have slow response time, and they have had a time where you cant create a ticket. Now there is a server outage, and no word form any staff member. Would be better spending the extra for something like pebble host, where you have good service time.

Poor Support and Experience Terrible support, terrible management, huge downtimes. Support is extremely slow. Locked chat channels and did not provide customer updates about the recent 24 hour+ downtime. Would stay away from this host until things are changed. To deploys: - I recommend prioritizing the tickets a bit more. 1-2 days for a couple lines of response isn't really understandable. - Inform users of downtime statuses and your actions. Make announcements to let your clients know whats happening. - Switch from Accelerated (heard this is already a WIP)
