CAPoor Support and Experience Terrible support, terrible management, huge downtimes. Support is extremely slow. Locked chat channels and did not provide customer updates about the recent 24 hour+ downtime. Would stay away from this host until things are changed. To deploys: - I recommend prioritizing the tickets a bit more. 1-2 days for a couple lines of response isn't really understandable. - Inform users of downtime statuses and your actions. Make announcements to let your clients know whats happening. - Switch from Accelerated (heard this is already a WIP)

GBVery Poor Customer Service Very Poor Customer Service Not only did they block all means of contact from they're Discord servers because they "couldn't figure things out". But they've also gone very inactive lately and have stolen money, and my website. I have attempted to contact them various times, and yet they all result in no response. I would not recommend deploys.io because it is such a terrible web hosting/company. There are many other better web hosters out there, check google, or something else. I would not deal with this place though.

NZAlright Alright, have slow response time, and they have had a time where you cant create a ticket. Now there is a server outage, and no word form any staff member. Would be better spending the extra for something like pebble host, where you have good service time.

GBDecent service but could improve on uptime Tickets usually take some time to get resolved because the staff don't work here full time and are usually at work or school. Yes, their prices and hardware are quite great and decent however their uptime is horrible. I constantly have my MySQL server or main server down due to "technical difficulties" and because of it, it's down for more than 4 hours. Take note that I do recognize when it's the servers fault and not the files that stop it from starting. Their uptime is usually 80-90% I would say, but that 20% is just a pain. I hate waking up in the mornings just to see my server go down and loads of people messaging me about it.

NZServers go down often Servers go down often, and customer support is non existent, they prefer to just ignore people until they go away. If they know there's a server problem they have a habit of removing your ability to contact them. When the server works, its a pretty simple easy solution. Would not recommend until they fix their support.
