Decent service but could improve on uptime Tickets usually take some time to get resolved because the staff don't work here full time and are usually at work or school. Yes, their prices and hardware are quite great and decent however their uptime is horrible. I constantly have my MySQL server or main server down due to "technical difficulties" and because of it, it's down for more than 4 hours. Take note that I do recognize when it's the servers fault and not the files that stop it from starting. Their uptime is usually 80-90% I would say, but that 20% is just a pain. I hate waking up in the mornings just to see my server go down and loads of people messaging me about it.

Very Poor Customer Service Very Poor Customer Service Not only did they block all means of contact from they're Discord servers because they "couldn't figure things out". But they've also gone very inactive lately and have stolen money, and my website. I have attempted to contact them various times, and yet they all result in no response. I would not recommend deploys.io because it is such a terrible web hosting/company. There are many other better web hosters out there, check google, or something else. I would not deal with this place though.

Love it If you're considering web hosting from them, which I bought I highly recommend it, I use it for ShareX and I've not seen speeds beat it so far. Uploaded photos almost always upload in 1.3~ seconds versus gyazo's 4 seconds~. Big fan

Insane Downtime! Purchased a web hosting package with Deploys.io, have been having major downtime with little to no updates about the situation, site has been offline for nearly 5 days with no updates or resolution in site and prior to this, they claim to be having major upstream issues. Used to love deploys, but alas no longer.

Was recommended this host and it seems… Was recommended this host and it seems they're not even up anymore? i was in their server too a little while ago and remember them locking all the channels and when they unlocked one and i asked why they're ignoring my questions because i want to know some details before ordering and i just got banned...seems like another kid ran host tbh. Turns out they've just renamed? and deleted the server? wonder why they did that 🤔apparently they got their domain hacked? says a lot about a host when they have staff with ownership/access to domains....guessing they dont have the brain cells to make it owners only? do your other staff have access to your business bank account too? like jesus..
