GBWell done I was really pleased with the service and product I received from Amazon Book Publishing Pro. They did a great job of guiding me through the process of self-publishing, especially for such an affordable price. I was under pressure to publish within a narrow time frame, and they made that possible. Communication was easy - I could contact my team leader, John, through Basecamp, text, or call straight through whenever I needed, and he did his best to accommodate. Self-publishing for the first time, AND doing business with an unfamiliar company, made me very anxious, wondering the whole time if it was going to work out. But John kept reassuring me & to my pleasant relief, the ebook, paperback, & hard cover all came out just as promised. My main critique would be that I would’ve appreciated more written communication with clear instructions to follow. If you are a new author, it can feel overwhelming, so having written check lists & instructions would be helpful as you are trying to digest a lot of new information in a short amount of time.
