My experience began well but then I… My experience began well but then I experienced some issues. April was very understanding and helpful as she quickly addressed my concerns. One of the resolutions was to assign James Enzo to my project. He has been a tremendous help and a great pleasure to work with. He is very responsive- prompt and clear in his communication. He works to ensure I am satisfied with the work being done on my project. If corrections are necessary he takes care of then immediately. Both April and James are great to work with.

I must say I was nervous at first about… I must say I was nervous at first about what this company could do to promote my book. Jake, my manager, has been very supportive. It's been an exciting time so far. The articles, my website etc have been very supportive and positive leading to more book sales. I couldn't be happier.

A Total Disappointment - Not the Quality or Service I Expected April 3, 2024: In reply to the response from Amazon Publishers Online, I find it curious that the Account Manager who was assigned to my order was notified when my initial post was made; they had no problem identifying my order at that time. However, I will provide the requested info here: Order Number: 18632702-1.1 and Invoice Number: 250249. Elizabeth King I posted the below review several weeks ago after receiving a shipment of my cookbook that I submitted at the end of 2023. The account manager reached out to me and requested that I provide visual proof of the issues I had with the product. I provided pictures and a video with commentary as I flipped through the book. He called me, said that he received the video, and that he could see the issues that I had reported as being problems. He said that he would take it up with the company that they had sent the publication to for printing. Then, he asked me to take down the review I had written regarding my less than satisfactory experience because it was going to get him and his team fired. I agreed to take it down but told him that I reserved the right to re-post it if necessary. I am doing that now. The account manager has not gotten back to me again, despite my attempts to reach out to him. I am still stuck with a product that is not the quality of what I contracted for and that I am embarrassed to share with the people it was intended for. Please read my review below: I contacted Amazon Publishers Online in Nov 2023 to publish a commemorative cookbook full of our family recipes to gift to our family for the upcoming holiday, Christmas 2023. Since it was such a small project, only 25 copies, and I had completed all the work, including the cover art, I was told that it wouldn't be an issue. I was quoted 60# coated white paper for the inside pages, full color interior, Glossy or Matte Color Bound Cover. I was told that I would have a dedicated Account Manager, 24/7 access to an online portal, unlimited revisions, and 100% customer satisfaction/100% money back guarantee. The Account Manager assigned to me was very difficult to communicate with and did not keep me informed of the progress. He provided a half-done edit of the manuscript that was not properly formatted and included changes to the layout that I had not requested. I had to totally redo the interior so that it would present the way I intended. The cover art was also changed from what I submitted, even though I had provided vector art of what I wanted. I had to reach out to him repeatedly for status updates and then, when Christmas had come and gone with no update from him, I felt it was time to send an email to him asking to terminate my agreement and requesting my money back. His response to that was immediate and he informed me that it had already been submitted for printing. Shortly after that, he provided a shipping/tracking number. The books finally arrived and I reached out to both him and the person who took the original order from me because the cookbooks were not what I contracted and paid for. The quality of the interior paper was equivalent to what I can print on my own home printer, it was not coated and you can actually see through the pages to what is printed on the backside. The cover art is much smaller than what I designed and submitted and it is fuzzy looking. Neither of them have ever responded to me or addressed my dissatisfaction with the product that they shipped to me. What should have been a wonderful item to pass on the legacy of family traditions has been ruined and I am embarrassed to share them with my family. I cannot even find the words to express my disappointment in the result and it was a total waste of my time and money. Elizabeth King

My representative Tina and Me My representative Tina, made sure my wishes and words came first priority. She always left me feeling I did a good job and felt confident in my work. I was very fortunate she was my rep. As well I asked her a lot of questions some more than once and she always came through with answers and that I was doing just fine. And here I am.
