I want to start by pointing out I have not purchased anything from Maxwell Ghostwriting YET, but my free consultation was so informative that it gave me clarity into what I need for my book. I told Zach I don’t have the money right now and without being pushy he offered payment plans and said I didn’t have to make a decision right away. Zach was the Writing Consultant I had my FREE CONSULTATION with, which gave me clarity into the process. He was a great listener and offered me multiple options for my goal. The process was very easy. He gave outstanding customer service and answered all my questions. At first I was skeptical even though I chatted with Ryan, (who was great) but because I have been scammed in the past by other ghostwriting agencies pretending to be Americans. I then voiced my concerns since everything is done online and Zach was so accommodating in setting up a zoom meeting and reassured me that this is a legitimate agency.
