TERRIBLE customer service! They will leave you stranded! It took MANY months longer than expected to finalize the book. I received my author copies and there was an error in the format. I requested it to be fixed and new copies and this again took months. I finally received new copies but the error was not fixed. I have tried to reach someone for SEVERAL months regarding this and CRICKETS! They took my money and left me stranded.

BE WARNED ⚠️ SCAM This company in not affiliated directly with Amazon! You don't actually need to pay any money to publish your writing through Amazon/KDP. This is a phishing scam. Be advise of these scam. I didn't see the red flags and gave them money for services that will never be render or money refunded.
