I trusted them to edit my book. They assured me of the highest quality. I also hired them to be my illustrators of my children's book. I was promised "the best illustrators in the world". It was all backed by a 100% money back guarantee, signed in the contract. Which provided me with a false sense of security. The editing was a painful process. They never followed the guidelines they promised and the illustrations were subpar at best. I then told them that I was no longer going to continue with their services and had hired a reputable company to continue the process. I then requested the original raw files for the illustrations and all the receipts from the work. That's when my rep, Allan Hill ghosted me. I then called multiple times and was finally able to speak with a 'manager' by the name of Andy. My original representative, Jason Scott was no longer there. Following my conversation with Andy, they no longer answered my calls or responded to my emails. I will continue to seek further resolve in small claims court. Please...please... please Do Not Hire this scam company. Also, don’t be fooled by the verified post. It’s up to Delta Ghostwriters to verify the review.
