Unprofessional publishing company I hired this company XLibris for my book publishing project 12/24/23 i had to keep calling Travis Black the publishing consultant because obviously i had quite a few questions he wouldn't return my calls and eventually i became so frustrated i forward an email i desired to cancel and wanted a refund i was told by a kathy Lorenzo that was a supervisor for the project manager Christine Colbert that my cancellation email had been forward to Travis Black and i NEVER received a phone call, or email i actually had to get my bank involved for a chargeback. Inspiring authors BEWARE of this company . If i could give zero stars i would !

As a self-published author As a self-published author, I was nervous about getting a professional cover, but Book Publishing LLC made it easy. Their designer was patient with my requests, though I had to clarify my vision a couple of times. Overall, a solid choice for book covers.
