Amazon Publishing Praiseworthy My experience with the Amazon Publishing Group was a pleasant surprise. My team leader, Cody Baker, was responsive and positive and patient with my many questions and occasional quibbles. I knew I was in good hands when the process of creating the cover was a collaborative one: I had something very specific in mind, and we went through many versions until I was satisfied...no, over-the-moon happy. It was like that throughout the process. Cody was great, and I understand his support staff -- including Walter Krasniqi and Robert Mills -- were critical in helping him fulfill my wishes, follow up on initiatives, and in general give my book the boost it needed. A great first publishing experience It was a great experience getting the support of Sam and Sara and the whole team in publishing my book. They kept the excitement alive with good feedbacks and doing a good quality through review and editing of the book. They gave very encouraging feedbacks and this was a great way to keep the motivation live. They were quite on target with time as mentioned in the initial discussions. Sam also guided on all aspects of publishing all throughout the process. Sara was always a message away and any questions raised was answered promptly. Overall it was a great experience.
