My experience with with Amazon Pro Hub to have… I signed up with Amazon Pro Hub to have my book published on October 11, 2022. I was promised that my book would be published by Christmas. But week after week the work kept stalling. Until Roger Hood took over and became my project manager on December 15. Things really took off under Roger. He was attentive and communicative (he would call me or take my call). Roger was always respectful. He did not pressure me to buy any other services than to get my book published. With Roger Hood as my project manager, the work got a boost and we raced to the finished line. In short my experience depended on the project manager. If I knew better, I'd have requested for a different manager when the first one wasn't working for me. But the fact that AMZ changed my manager without my asking speaks well of them too. Somehow, someone noticed and made the change. Of which I'm grateful.

Second, I know that I can count on the director of the project to listen well to what I want and to make good suggestions on how to attain the goals I have for my book. Take the worry out of your book, give them a look ! I am new to writing books, but like most of us I figured that I could do it myself. Well, the format was wrong, the spelling and punctuation was wrong, and I was stressed out on several occasions. I got in touch with AMZ Pro Hub, and talked to a gentleman named Liam Garcia. Liam, and his team, took me step by step through the proper way to present and publish a book professionally. Any questions I had or anything I thought should be corrected, my answer always was," we'll fix it !" Other times we would discuss, in emails or on the phone, how to change something or why it should be left alone. Liam and the team always showed concern for my project and make it the best book that it could be. The AMZ Pro Hub always gives you the best book possible, at a fair and reasonable price. As an example how much I love Liam and the team, right now they are working on my fourth book with them. I guess that's enough said !

Work with your staff member often. Progress has been slow in publishing my children’s book. Perhaps the previous APH workers were over worked. But recent staff have moved the project along and resolved hanging points of progress. I would give 5 stars, had this always been the case. I have confidence that my book will shortly be in the market place and in the hands of children.

My experience in working with Idris. I have been working with Idris for a while on publishing my book. He has been very helpful and easy to work with. Given that this has been my first time going through this self publishing process, I have benefited from Idris' knowledge and experience in this area. I highly recommend him as a project manager and won't hesitate to work with him again.
