Support after the sale was great Had an issue with some of the images in the online manual I received, text was not clear... Expected to simply get disregarded and refunded, or worse fight for a refund. Instead customer service located a better copy and updated my manual... amazing support.

I couldn't download the manual they… I couldn't download the manual they directed me too. After the 4th time I requested a pdf version for my purchase for a BMW F01 2009 740i model automatic 3litre turbo e54 engine. Which they stated this is the download speed you purchased to obtain the manual. Absolute unfair ethics. I shouldn't have to ask numerous times. Send me the pdf version

The manual is very helpful The manual is very helpful and contains a lot of info. On top of that the customer support is excellent and the staff is ready to help. Definetly recommend to others trying to repair their car.
