I was anxious to purchase a DVD. I was anxious to purchase a DVD that was not available in New Zealand or Australia. I found it on this site in the USA but they do not ship to New Zealand so I contacted them, and to my delight, they arranged the delivery. But there was a problem with payment online, and when it looked as though all was lost their wonderful staff eventually made the transaction; all was well and the DVD arrived safe and sound in New Zealand.

I had an issue reading the PDF within… I had an issue reading the PDF within the DVD. Made one call and got better service than I'd get asking my Mom for help (and I had a wonderful Mother!). Excellent service all throughout the sale. Will deffinately recommend Thanks for the help Mike!
