GBComplete incompetence!!! The absolute worst experience of my life. Awful communication, I’ve had to chase every email, sometimes for weeks/months! After many “editors” reviewed my manuscript it was riddled with spelling and punctuation errors. The book they finally published was cheap paper and bad quality. The illustrators were poor. I worked closely with a few and I had to feed them everything and my feedback was rarely listened to even thought I’d paid them thousands of pounds! Their “social media” advertisement is shocking and all fake really with thousands of made up followers to make it look better than it really is. It’s put me off ever publishing a book again. Awful, soulless people. Don’t waste your money.
