GBI talked to Careem yesterday... he did a great job. I talked to Careem yesterday and he was very knowledgeable and polite. He did not immediately know the answer to my questions, but he told me he would check with the support group. He did so, and emailed me within 5 or 10 minutes of our conversation. I appreciated his help and his attitude.
