Smooth, simple and professional! Palmetto made the whole process seamless from start to finish. The lead consultant thoroughly explained the process and all the steps that would be in place from start to finish. The project coordinator worked with me through every step of the process. The only disappointment I found was with the cover design. Outside of that, everything was a smooth, successful process.

Process was almost too smooth I enjoyed working with Allison and Chloe because they pay very close attention to detail and answered all my questions promptly. My book cover was almost like I had envisioned it prior to seeing it that it was eerie. Katie's editing went smoothly and she had left a very detailed editors note that proved she not only edited my transcript, she read it. My descriptions were worded exactly how I presented it. Page layout was great. Chloe explained everything in the process in great detail, never let me wait too long without an update of the process steps. If I write another book, I'm emailing Allison and Chloe directly to sign up. It's not that I won't work with anyone else, I just don't want to work with anyone else. Customer service was outstanding! I haven't seen the book in printed form yet but I'm positive that will be outstanding as well. I can't see either Allison or Chloe let anything slip by that wasn't first rate.
