GBVery reliable transcription service -- high quality, quick turnaround, great customer support I've used a handful of transcription services and have nothing bad to say about Averbach. They might be slightly more expensive than some of their competitors, but it's worth it for the quality of the work, quick turnarounds, and very responsive customer support. I should mention that I've only used them one time -- for an interview that came back ready for publication -- but, should the need arise, I will likely use them again.

GBGood customer service and a great price. Averbach Transcription gave us a very competitive price for the transcription of over 3 hours of footage. This wasn't a rush job, so we went with the standard service which has 1 week of turn around. At the last minute they contacted me and let me know that the transcription would be a little late - we received it a day later than expected. Since it wasn't a rush job, it wasn't a big deal. We did catch quite a few typos in the transcription, but a quick run through with spell check fixed that.

GBA+ customer service!! I really like this company. The turn around time is pretty fast and their customer service is great. The pricing is pretty reasonable as well. I would totally recommend this company to every who needs transcribing.
