GBSo when I had signed up So when I had signed up, immediately the Agent Sara Smith got smart with me over the phone. I still went through with it because I wanted to get rid of my student loans, i go online to read reviews and they are all bad. So i called to cancel & Sara repeatedly hung up on me, was being so rude to me saying I work a regular Job unlike her. If I could get ahold of someone that is hire up from her that I can personally talk too that would be great. Till then, i will be finding a different company that will help me out with my student loans. & this has nothing to do with me getting a refund. This has something to do with how the agent SARA SMITH talked to me over the phone. She was being RUDE! this company is a joke.

GBI'm disappointed they didn't contact me… I'm disappointed they didn't contact me regarding where we are with the loan process. I was continuing to receive call from the debt collector. I'm still not sure where we are with the process.

GBIntentional Misrepresentation I was misinformed about the nature of this company. I was never told that the money I was told to pay was NOT going directly to my student loan! I just found out that the money that is being taken out of my paycheck every week is Trustpilot's FEE! That amount could have been going to my student loan to bring the amount in arrears back up to date!! I'm very unhappy with this arrangement. I could have spoken directly to the Student Loan commission and made arrangements!
