Every day I call the time frame always changes, constantly changing. I need my birth certificate immediately, I can’t get my drivers licenses here in Florida, no form of an ID for Florida without my birth certificate. I will never deal with this company again. But I will continue to call every day now until I get a straight answer as to where my birth certificate is. This didn’t have a problem taking my money , however they have a problem sending out my birth certificate!
