Tom came out to our house with several samples and was very knowledgeable in helping pick the best floor for our needs and wants. His quality workmanship and attention to detail was beyond our expectations.He was very helpful. They also took great care in removing & reinstalling the baseboards and everything was kept neat and tidy during removal of old flooring and install of new floor. I am beyond pleased with the end result, I highly recommend this company. If you are looking for wonderful people and beautiful floors I highly recommend them you won't be disappointed. thank you Roger Farnham

Third booking home builders thanks This is the third booking I have put in with home builders and the administration has been stunning without fail. Extraordinary costs, supportive staff and conveyance in the predefined time span. As a purchaser for an expansive development firm I know that it is so difficult to deal with various conveyances in the meantime so truly welcome all the exertion these folks go to in satisfying requests. I surely won't mess about with the expansive chains of traders or stores any longer when these folks are so great. I would really like how easy it is to book online. You can also call and sepak to the staff over the phone. Doesnt take long to get through.

Don’t book service Booked a dwarf well in advance through this company , 5 hours before dwarf was supposed to arrive we get a email from Agency saying dwarf cannot make it…. AN EMAIL?! No call, no alternative, no nothing just advising will be refunded… I’ve read a few reviews stating this has happened a few times… honestly such a let down Entertainment UK Wouldn’t recommend

Paid a deposit for a stripper, with an agreed price. 3 days before we depart for our stag do, we get told we owe and extra €50 to what was agreed due to the exchange rate. I asked to confirm what date their exchange rate was taken and where it was taken from, but they have since ignored 2 email messages. They obviously tie you into this as you have paid your deposit. The show was also terrible, lasted 10 minutes if that. They do not provide an address on there website, just a Cardiff telephone number.

We had agreed via an email which entertainers we required (we chose 6 for an event that needed 4 dancers to leave room for last minute changes due to covid19). They promised to reconfirm dancers 24 hours before and totally ghosted us. 5 hours before the event we get some random guy whatsapping us for the address with no idea of what the event entailed. Super unprofessional. REFER receipt for this complaint!!
