No problems with withdrawal except for once when I had to take a call from the exchange, but these guys told me what I had to do and everything worked out well! Recommended!

I started trading with this company and… I started trading with this company and everything was great at the beginning but when I invested some more money I haven't heard from the advisor since. I have emailed the advisor & the compliance team with no response Because I could not get in touch I requested to withdraw my money buy am still waiting for my money 2 weeks later. I feel cheated and am so upset about this that it has been an awful experience all round. An advisor rang me to say I could get my money but instead I shared my screen and bank account online and then they took another 1500 from my account. They did NOT ask me they just took it. If you are thinking of investing with this company it is up to the individual but I have had the worst experience and I still don't have my money. As for their reply why has the company rang me approximately 20 times if I'm not on their database well the answer is that this is not true at all and I have bank statements to prove it.
