It was a long shot but they delivered! I rarely write reviews but this one is warranted and well deserved. I can't express how happy I am with the service that I received from Tania and Andre. I needed two birth certificates from the late 1800s and was missing some of the most basic information. I had incorrect spellings. I wasn't sure of the places of birth. And I didn't even have a birth date for one of my relatives! Nevertheless, within two months the birth certificates were located and mailed to me.

They were great to work with and made the process very easy. Delivered All Documets But Missed Very Important Details They did get all my documents and were professional and responsive but I was not properly prepared for my consulate appointment as they missed important mistakes on my documents and neglected to have me get a document filled out by a relative and notarized. After the abysmal consulate appointment, they said they just get the documents and couldn't help me and I should look on a forum for what to do next. They had said they would help me be prepared for the appointment but I was unprepared and had glaring problems.
