GBRoyal Legal Group is THE BEST Royal Legal Group is THE BEST! They immediately improved my cash flow by $500 a month when I signed up. Then, less than a year into the program, I got into another cash flow bind due to legal problems number two son was having. I called Royal Legal Group and was able to work something out that allowed me to assist number two son, fix my cash flow issue (again), and continue on my road to correcting my financial situation. Royal Legal Group in general, and customer rep Kevin in particular, saved the day. Thanks RLG!

GBKevin C was helpful today Kevin C was helpful today - my bad for calling after the negotiators had left. Overall our experience with Royal Legal Group has been frustrating at best. I don’t know if it is just our situation, however, three of our four accounts that have been negotiated so far have ended up in legal action, requiring us to pay more money in and often pay for legal fees as well. We had to come up with 2 additional payments of $800 and one additional payment of $600 on top of the $554.32 that we pay monthly. So for April, May and June, our payments in will have totaled $3,862.96!! We have one more account to begin negotiating. I’m praying that this account will be negotiated without going to litigation.

GBThey were fast in signing me up, but it stops there They were fast in signing me up, but they have a very poor customer serve department. I have been trying for two weeks to get a refund on money that they withdrew after being told that it would be skipped. I talked to them three times sense then and I have had know refund. Credit score is going down because of overdrafts and late payments. I would look twice before going with this company.

Speed in customer service calls is very important, however speaking clearly and distinctly will show care in handling future customers. Thanks again. David

GBI did not have a good customer service… I did not have a good customer service experience. They could not answer my questions and I was spoke to like I was a idiot. The "expert" I was transferred to raised his voice at me and tried to intimidate me. He was very rude. I honestly don't think anyone is working on our account or reading the documents I am downloading. They take our payments every month, but haven't been doing anything with our creditors. We are very scared that we have made a huge mistake trusting this company.
