Unprofessional/Terrible Service Little to no information for what is needed or how the process works until you fork money over. There are no passport agents around with appointments inside of a month. I've been on hold for the better part of an hour, but they are allergic to their phones it seems. Needing a refund ASAP, but I doubt they possess the professionalism to correct the issues. Give literally anybody else your money.

Absolutely fantastic Absolutely fantastic! Was very worried about the process (and the price!) of renewing a passport through a third party agency at first, but was impressed by how easy and fast it was. Had a couple personal roadblocks (just unsure whether I was doing it right or not) so I called the toll-free number several times and was SO pleased by the courteous and patient staff!! Hats off to Express Passport for being so organized and making this important transaction go so smoothly! Received the passport exactly one week after sending it out!... one word: WOW. :) Thank you!!!

Charged me $217 to fill out a form I… Charged me $217 to fill out a form I can get for free from the government, then didn't even submit it! Form had no instructions like the government form does, and never kept me apprised of the progress! After two months of nothing happening, I filled out my passport application at the passport office and cancelled my application with express passport (express - really???). Cancellation fee - $125! $125!!! Stay away.

Did I just make a mistake? I’m nervous I just sent my application exactly as directed. After reading this and getting a call From the local Post Master stating there are no walk ins allowed I’m nervous. We leave July 31 will I be able to track my progress? I’ll gladly give great reviews, I’m just worried now. I have tried to call and they know my name via automated system but no one answers when I ask to speak to rep.

Poor service Poor service, does not return calls, and when you call listed number the only way to can get to a real person is by selecting new app. Keeps sending form letters which does not related to real issue plus rejected my photo which when I went to gov they accepted. After loosing my patience they sent back paperwork and gov check but of course kept application fee which lost plus multiple FedEx and photo fee. I definitely would not recommend this service.
