I was very skeptical to sign up for the… I was very skeptical to sign up for the service. I tried a debt recovery service in the past and no resolutions were ever started. Carolina legal services went right to work contacting my creditors Only one creditor ever called me during the process and that was also quickly resolved. Yes my credit score suffered briefly during the process but several months later my score is already recovering. I appreciate the customer service folks especially Amalika. She was persistent and resolved all of my accounts .

I called to attempt to get in touch… I called to attempt to get in touch with my legal representative, David the CLS associate was professional, but, like the other times I have called I got the same shuffle. It must be a script....I attempted to call the lawyer and I have sent numerous text messages and Mr. Rufty has not answered any of my texts or returned my calls. I'm getting an un easy feeling that I will not be completed with this process on the time line that we have agreed too in the contract..... So far I am very satisfied with… So far I am very satisfied with Carolina Legal Services. I am sure I will be satisfied at the end of our 3 1/2 year contract, because, I will do my part and I have total trust that Carolina Legal Services will do their best to do their part. That will give us a happy result. Thank you for helping this old lady!

They asked for me to share... I email to complain I got served papers threatening to take away what little property I have left because of accounts that were supposedly "taken care of" MONTHS ago.... I get an email reply asking to "share [my] positive feedback" Here it is: Stop Screwing me over!
