I received a phone call yesterday stating that my 341 meeting was canceled because they're still reviewing my files then I get a text message that my meeting was at 10am in Schaumburg but I was told the meeting would be via zoom.

The experience I had with debt stoppers … The experience I had with debt stoppers was a nightmare. None of the lawyers or paralegals that were assigned to me were availible to assist me. My assigned lawyer changed several times and information that I would send them would get lost. The communication between client and lawyer was terrible to say the least. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to do business with you.

The Atlanta College Park location is… The Atlanta College Park location is difficult to work with. I started with Sam Shoaga to now over 10 other paralegals and attorneys who have foreign names and bad followups. I called to schedule an appointment in person to gain clarity and understanding. I spoke with a male rep and he said they were booked for the month. I feel like I am not being serviced professionally or with a sense of ethics. Seems like I am being scammed and forever paying on my case, or there is always some restrictions or waiting game. I honestly want clarity on the summary/numbers for my case to be successfully completed.

Do hire these attorneys to represent… Do not hire these attorneys to represent you in time of financial need. All they care about is getting paid their $4000 fee. Court room attorney does not keep you informed on the judges ruling, you have to consistently call to find out. unwilling to explain the process to you. Does care if you have rent due, they still take their cut of your pay check before you see it. /more debtors call now than before I filed, Then if your case is dismissed for job lost they want another $1000 to refile. They refuse to give you head attorneys name. In fear of being reported. I will be contacting the Bar Association & BBB.
