Had June 25th as my real birthdate for 82 years.I am not happy that they showed my… I am not happy that they showed my wrong birthdate. It was because my mother did not correct & return it back to Vital Statistics. I am mailing back an explanation to Vital Statistics.

Have not seen a birth certificate. I sent in my paperwork that you mailed to me to North Carolina on May 22 and still have seen my birth certificate. NC cashed check on on June 1st and after 6 weeks still have not seen my birth certificate. I checked the USPS shipping delivery status and the package has been held in North Carolina since May 30th !!! My guess is the Vital Records has provided the incorrect address on the envelope that I mailed.

The Deception For $89 I completed the form and expected to receive my birth certificate. Approximately one week later, I receive documents to ‘again’ complete the order request for additional funds. I sent an email requesting at least $70 in refund, you did send paperwork, but the request went unfulfilled. Would like some form of reimbursement, since the forms can be downloaded for free. Will see what response, if any, is provided after the review. Kind regards

Why can’t this be done online? The process is easy and the instructions are easy to follow, but the method; 30% online and 70% paper/snail-mail is what I want to criticize. Why can’t it be 100% online? I had to dig out my printer and reconnect it for a pic of my drivers license, and find my checkbook that I hardly ever use these days for payment. It did provide me an opportunity to teach my 17 year old how to write a check, so maybe it’s not all that bad? California made me notarize a birth certificate request document then kicked it back for having the year “YYYY” vs “YY”, so you got them beat by 3 stars.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Been over a month and still have no birth certificate. No records at Vital Statistics about the order to obtain my birth certificate. Sent money to you and got a piece of paper to fill out and envelopes, but now nothing. Thanks for stealing my money. Also reported to BBB and post negative posting online.
