A Waste of Time and Money I contacted Fairshake regarding abusive billing by Optimun Cable. They promised 1 gig of Internet for an additional $20 month, but my bill exploded. It went up an additional $142.00! I contacted Fairshake and they got me discounts for the next 12 months. These are useless to me because I cancelled Optimun effective today. In effect, this was money lost on top of the money Optimum is sucking off me. I wont be using this again or referring you to anyone else.
