Excuse after Excuse I paid for the expedited service to receive my serial number in 7 days. That was on Sept 28th. It is now November 5th and every time I email them, I'm given some random excuse and told it'll be next (week, day, 24 hours). Don't really know what I paid for.

This company advertises a price for acquiring a trademark, then proceeds to demand more fees that were not originally disclosed. Their representative will even go as far as to say that if the Trademark application is abandoned, you can no longer use your company name, and pressure you about final notices (They helped me apply in November of 2023, and in April of 2024 made it seem that I had to pay them immediately (you have six months).

They do not respond, and the call centers and addresses listed are all fake addresses. My bank has even reached out and will reverse the charge after they won a dispute. I don't know how they won. They never produced on the contract nothing was filed no work performed take your money and run.
