Paid Tax Defense Partners a lot of … Paid Tax Defense Partners a lot of money to help with my tax debt. After two of no movement or help, I gave up. I would call my representative every 6 weeks. I would get same answer. "I am waiting for irs to call me back. They may help some but not here.

Their team kept things professional and were compassionate and understanding of my situation. I believe they did everything in their power to help me and I’d like to thank them for that. Tax Defense Partners are in my opinion one of the best firms out there. Sure, you might be able to find a tax attorney who will charge you less but the results would be correspondent with the price you pay. If you are looking for a quality firm that brings you results that you will be satisfied with, then Tax Defense Partners are your best bet.

Since 2011 I've worked with Tax … Since 2011 I've worked with Tax Resolution Services/Tax Defense Partners and can only speak highly of their helpfulness,professionalism and guidance through some very trying times with the IRS and Ca Franchise Tax Board. At one point with what seemed impossible with my back at the wall they negotiated an OIC that literally saved me tens of thousands of dollars the IRS wanted from me.

Not impressed. Preparer had to review forms two and sometimes three times to identify all of the tax withheld. Tax withheld was my only control point to begin the process, but when that did not tie out, I found other problems They agreed to do the job for $5,500.00 but charged my credit card for $7,000.00. When I asked them to deduct the $3,000.00 fees paid them in FY 2015, they would not. Now I need to amend the return to rectify that situation. The earliest tax year they prepared required me to send IRS a payment of several hundred dollars. I was surprised to receive a refund of the amount paid with the explanation that the law did not allow them to collect overdue tax after a certain amount of time. I thought TDP should be aware of the time limitation. That should have initiated a refund from TDP to me, as the earliest period was the one that caused extra expense to me for IRS to provide the tax data that I had somehow lost. IRS did not receive one of the returns and TDP did follow up and brought it to my attention. The refund has been received. That was a good thing.
