Angela was GREAT! Angela knows her stuff and she was great walking me through the process. She answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.

Small claims service The company works with you step by step. Although fees seem a little high it was worth it to take stress off us doing all the paperwork. Will recommend them to others

Angela got my tenants out!!! I contacted Angela on 9/21/22 and started the eviction process with the 3 day notice. By 11/16/22 my tenant was out!!! It would have been sooner but the Writ of possession took longer due to the Sheriff department not working as fast as Angela. I highly recommend Angela from LDA if you have a tenant that needs to be evicted. She was very easy to communicate with, via email.

Customer service was OK Customer service was OK. My emials were slow to be responded to. This company does not follow through with what they say. They told me I would be contacted in 7 to 10 days about some paperwork I submitted. No one sent me an email. After 10 days, I emailed to let them know I had not received an email concerning the paperwork. The company said, " This inquiry has been received. My assistant is following up and will be in touch tomorrow." I have no choice but wait. It is now 4:26 pm the next day and I still have not received an email from them. I understand that legal matters take time to remedy, but customer service should be prompt and trust worthy. When a company says they will do something on a certain day, they should do it. Or at least communicate why it is being done late.
