Seems Promising but not worth it I was interested in using Immigrationhelp.org's application to help me renew my DACA application because lawyer fees can be expensive and I only had money to pay the Dept of Homeland Security. So when I found this, I was excited to read the positive reviews and to save money. However, I don't think I will use this service again or recommend it to anyone else because, I encountered a problem when going to review my application but, when I contacted support I didn't hear back. I reached out Thursday evening on 11/10/2022 and waited the 24 hours they specified and didn't hear anything back on Monday the 14th. Its now Thursday the 17th and still nothing. Filing immigration paperwork is a time-sensitive task, and if you're offering software/application that does that, you should be there to help people fix things should they encounter problems. For that reason, I don't recommend using this service, you're better off paying legal fees.

I renewed almost 2 months before my card was expiring and was sort of freaking out about not receiving it in time but Natalia was super helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. Sent my documents on March 2 and received the card March 19.

They were awesome! They were helpful, thorough, and responsive throughout the whole process. It look less than two weeks to complete. I really recommend them to anyone who needs the support filing their forms.
