My apologies for not reviewing sooner, this is an excellent solicitors office where communication is excellent and the speed and efficiency is the standard that others can't manage. I instructed them that I wished to buy a house and less than 6 weeks later it happened. This is not a one off, this is the third time and all were the same, efficient and no problems that couldn't be sorted right away. Its the friendly and personal service that keeps me coming back, where you are treated as a person they care about, rather than a problem or a cash machine! Also easy to get an appointment and to park for free for an hour outside, and the reception and meeting room is downstairs so it's easily accessible. Derrick has given me the best advice and listened in such a professional and understanding manner on different legal matters that I have the pleasure of writing this honest review.

Excellent service Garwood & Tan. Well I chose them because of their great reviews and I’m glad I did. I was interested in house sale and purchase and I phoned to enquire about costs and fees etc. A couple of weeks later I went to their offices in order to instruct them and to my surprise Derrick had already prepared all the necessary paperwork and dumped a large file on the table. How was that for prompt service……! Anyway during the next few months there were the usual problems that always occur but Derrick and the rest of the firm were always on hand to help and would always go out of their way to do whatever was necessary to help and resolve things. We had an unusual three way sale and purchase with some interesting problems that cropped up but any queries were given their whole hearted response. Usually Derrick or Anita would answer the phone personally, not simply be passed through various call centre operators. I never had any of other problems that other people find with their solicitors where they would say stuff like, “Why can’t my solicitor get of their asses and get things moving.” I was always made to feel that I was part of the family. I know that life isn’t always 100% and in life problems do arise, but if I was asked to recommend a firm of solicitors I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm. Garwood and Tan.
