Rock Solid & Trustworthy I DIY'd my first trademark and thought I was super smart and scrappy. Part of the reason I did that was to learn about the process but part of it was because I couldn't afford any legal review / involvement at that time. When I had another trademark I needed to file I procrastinated for about 1.5 years (yes, years) until someone told me about AKeyMark where I could get the legal review at a price point that was much lower than working with a typical IP attorney. I also like the fact that they did just trademarks (my worry with working with a LegalZoom was that the attorney review would end up being worthless). When I kicked-off the AKeyMark process I allotted an hour of my time that day and ended up finishing everything in 10 minutes, which felt awesome. Usually I double and triple check my work for that kind of stuff but given that an attorney was going to review it and jump on a call with me I felt comfortable just going one-and-done with it. Plus, the questions are much easier than I would have guessed as they explain what they heck things mean (as opposed to me Google-ing around for answers when I DIY'd my first one). Anyways, the attorney call was everything you'd expect it to be. He called exactly on time, asked some questions, raised up a couple things I had never thought about (like international IP protection and the cost / benefit analysis of pursuing that) and it only took 15 minutes. Boom. Done. I kinda feel like an fool for procrastinating my trademark filing for 1.5 years, lol.

They make it easy! I knew nothing about registering a trademark but Akeymark made the process extremely easy. Typically stuff like this is intimidating, especially when you are busy already handling a million things for your business but the team at Akeymark answered all my questions before I could even ask them. Standup service at a competitive cost! When it comes to legal services at the price range charged by AKeyMark, you can only hope you will get what you are paying for. Either that or they will try to upsell you. I am happy I choose AkeyMark from the handful of other providers at the same price level - they delivered on their promise.
