I found business anywhere from a wonderful video letter that told me the story of a man who was able to solve many of his problems in his life by using this services. Naturally I was hesitant, asking myself is this going to as bad as that viral lake boating accident video? Then I reassured myself that this man in this informercial seemed comfortable and confident, elated or even gay, at the wonderful experience he received. With something as key as getting my business started right the more i listed and understood how Business Anywhere solved that mans unique problems with his business and other matters it moved me to try. Now I won't go anywhere else for my LLC and Private Mailbox matters.

GBUnfortunate Experience Unfortunately, my experience with this company was the worse experience I’ve had in business with a company. The website does not detail which type of virtual address is needed for different ventures so I purchased a regular address for which I paid $240. I instantly had a terrible gut feeling after making this purchase after I seen the address they provided. Unlike other websites they don’t pre populate the address so you can see that it doesn’t look like a regular address. Once you purchase you’re stuck with the address. The state then rejected the address due to incorrect formatting for a business. I contacted the company all within less than 24 hours of the purchase. My purchase was still pending at the time and could have easily been reversed. Instead that took days to respond, then offered me a replacement product that was $100 less than the one I paid for and denied a refund. They offered me a refund and said I could then purchase the correct item only to ignore my response for a month and then later retract the offer for a refund after I reached back out for a follow up. I’m very disappointed in this disheartening level of customer service and the overall experience. Please do all of your research and reach out for questions (expect days before getting an answer) before you choose services with this company! Update: I have email proof that this company ignored my response for nearly a month from December 20th to January 14th and did not respond until AFTER I reached out for an update on January 14th. As previously stated please make sure you are doing proper research and asking questions to understand what you are about to purchase BEFORE making a purchase.

GBDidn't want to purchase services Didn't want to purchase services. I mistakenly clicked on purchase bc I thought it would give me a screen to check available times. So, in order to see when they are available, you have to pay first. Other services allow you to schedule your appointment and then you will receive the documents upon payment. I think they have it backwards so be careful. Once I clicked on this and found out that there are no availability that fit my criteria, so I promptly emailed them back requesting a refund. All of this happened within a 2 minutes time frame. I emailed them and explained the situation and they refused to refund. (I emailed twice). I think they have a nice concept, but poor customer service. I originally gave this business a 1 star rating. It is a new year and the wounds from not receiving a refund have healed. I hope they can make some changes to avoid the experience that I had for future customers.
