GBsometimes bad thing happen to good… sometimes bad thing happen to good people, I found wondefull people to help me when I needed them. I tried working with the credit card people and the blew me off, Cnetury not only were nice and helpfull I was able to salvage my credit , home and reputation, I was advise by others do a BK and start over, I said no I want to pay do the responsible thing and Century help me do it RIGHT

GBBe so cautious Prior to hiring I had never missed a payment, I was just being buried in interest. I hired them and they told me to stop making payments so they could leverage that to get a lower total amount due. Instead I got sued by multiple creditors, and they have now cost me 17k+ more than they originally pitched. I hope they didn't do this intentionally but they certainly failed, epically, in what they told me they could do. If you have any alternative to this road, take it. Call your credit card companies yourself and see if they can help you negotiate some path.

GBI am only 3 months in the Debt… I am only 3 months in the Debt Settlement Process with Century Law Firm. I received a call today from Evelyn Fey, Strategic Client Advisor, who provided Full Transparency on the process and advised they are there to HELP with Creditors. I feel confident they will handle a Demand Letter received from one of my Creditors, that was a Federal Credit Union. She ensured they will resend another Power of Attorney from Centurey Law Firm. They value you as a client and you can put Trust in them. I greatly appreciate the Open communication Evelyn Fey provided as she was simply Wonderful and Reassuring to talk with on the phone discussing Century's Law Process of the Debt Settlement.

GB4-1/2 yrs later...... I am 4-1/2 yrs into the program with Century and just made my last payment, but I have called them several times asking what happens now because all my accounts aren't paid. I have been told 3 times over several months that some accounts take longer than expected and that I will probably have to make another 26 payments. OVER 2 MORE YAERS LONGER!!!???? I am beginning to wonder what they have been doing for 4.5 years with 11 accounts of mine. Usually I get a phone call when I send an email but now I'm not getting that and my program is supposed to be over right now.
