I had an agent named Monica I had an agent named Monica. I like to say that my experience with my agent was really rewarding. My agent was professional, didn't try to rush me, read the information to me so that I could make choices. My agent also had a sense of humor which is great because I appreciate people being human.

Legal Zoom did not save Important Documents I hired Legal Zoom to dissolve my LLC in New Jersey. However, they failed to save a key Tax Certification Clearance document that is required for other purposes. They failed to electronically save it, or mail me a hard-copy. It was easily accessible online, but now that the LLC is dissolved, I need to manually contact the NJ Treasury Dept for it, and likely pay more fees to obtain it.

I have 2 other jobs and a personal,,did more on a weekend/off day than I can get anywhere else in a week … I have 2 other jobs and a personal company without legal zoom agents I’d be paying fine for years or closed down money well spent
