He made our closing happen in a very timely matter with everything we asked for. He was patient and ALWAYS available to talk to. GBSeth and staff are absolutely amazing Seth and staff are absolutely amazing. I recently used Seth's office to handle the sale of (2) properties and the purchase of another. Seth and his team worked tirelessly to make sure all (3) transactions closed smoothly without any hiccups. Seth explained everything to me from start to finish leaving no stone unturned.
