As far as I know they're doing a good… As far as I know they're doing a good job. The problem is as a non-legal person, I need more assistance in making finite adjustments in my trust. I'm given verbal advise over the phone and left on my own to work it out when I ask questions. I always feel rushed or like an inconvenience when I call. Meanwhile, I'm paying $1100.00 per year for almost no service. I'm assuming that if something happened and I needed all the mechanisms contained in the trust it would work as advertised, but I don't know for sure. I'm considering taking a trip to Arizona for a sit-down to review my entire estate. I don't even know if that's possible.

I get no communication or updates, newsletters, etc. about changes related to asset protection laws. I don't know if my partnership annual reviews are being filed, etc. I used to get a call every year and now I don't. When you only hear from a firm once a year to collect their retainer, you start to get a little disappointed.

They also don't take care of the required annual minutes/meeting for Trusts, which was another thing the touted. I'm actually afraid of the service I will receive from this group if I ever need to exercise the protection of the Trust.
